Your task
While working on surface detection, your task is to improve the classification of the ground and surfaces encountered by our robots in every day environments. Indoors as well as outdoors.
The detection will be used both in real time on the vehicles as well as offline during map creation.

Your profile
- You like to produce high-quality Python code
- You have deep theoretical understanding of neural nets and some practical Computer Vision experience as well
- Familiarity with ROS big plus, but willingness to learn is fine to start with
- You want to work on a real-world challenge of mobile robotics
- You would like to be part of a talented, fast paced team
